Grandma’s Turkish/Greek Charoset

Kosher Key: Pareve, Kosher for Passover

1 cup pitted dates
½ cup walnuts
1 medium apple, peeled and diced
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 or 4 tablespoons sweet Passover wine (Blackberry Maneshevitz preferred)

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor; process until finely chopped into a paste.
