OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAAre you interested in getting to know other women members of our congregation, while learning, sharing, praying, growing, laughing, cooking and more?  Then come to one of our meetings and get to know us, as we get to know you!  Whether you are new to Congregation Sinai or have been a member for a while, consider a new way of being involved with other women.

B'rit Nashim (Covenant of Women) is a group of Sinai women who meet once a month for programs of personal interest and Jewish content. Throutgh a commitment to our group, our main purpose is to build a community of women within the larger community of Congregation Sinai.

Most meetings are held at Sinai on the second Monday of the month at 7:00pm.  Occasionally, place, time or day may vary.  Please contact us to ensure that you have the most updated information.

If you have any questions or want additional information AND/OR have an interest, but cannot attend either Membership Recruitment
meeting, be sure to contact Toby Colton or Joanne Roberts.

Some highlights from past years include:
-An evening of cooking an deating recipes from Israeli Soul", while enjoying time together.
-Presentation from Tikkun Ha'Ir with a D'var Torah.
-Discussion of the book "The Women In The Castle" by Jessica Shattuck, including sharing personal stories.
-Viewing and discussing the film "The Last Suit".
-Sharing an Ethiopian dinner and learning about the culture from the owners of the restaurant.
-An inspiring and fun-filled offsite Shabbat weekend retreat.

Even more than our activities, the most wonderful thing about B’rit Nashim is that we have the opportunity to form meaningful connections with other women at Sinai.
